It depends on the project scale, plan, resources choose and other factors. On average, we will be able to complete 3-4 medium scale projects each month based on SharePro plan with additional support of an art director.

We will begin with a trial service, if you find that the designer is not suitable during the trial period, we will allocate another designer to you. Furthermore, our creative director will be working  with you closely during the trial to ensure that our work meets your requirements as much as possible.

It can't be compared directly as our service is provided by a team whereas an in-house designer is only one individual. We also make sure our designers are well-trained and experienced, so we can deliver better compared to your in-house hire.

There is no definite answer to this as it depends on the artwork scale and requirement of each project. On average, you will be able to hear from us within next working day for simple task or within a week for more complex project.

Yes, you will be invited to join our online communication platform for daily work communication. We will communicate mainly using the online platform, email, or WIP meetings.

Q6: I just need a temporary designer for some reason (eg. maternity cover, peak period, etc.), can I still engage your service?

Yes, our contract comes with 1, 6 and 12 months service period. You will be able to choose a service period that is suitable for your business need. The longer the service period, the better we will know your design needs, resulting in smoother execution of work.

Q7: Do I own the working files of the artwork and its copyright?

Yes, your company stated in the contract will own the copyright and working files of all artworks produced by our team, subject to the terms & conditions stated in the service contract. However, you are not allowed to sell, trade, reproduce, or tranfer the rights to other brand or companies that is not belongs to your company.

Yes, though not all of our designers are equiped with multiple skill sets as mentioned, however, we will be able to customize a service package with multiple resources as per what you need.

No, we do not allow our designers to work in client’s office. Reason being, our team must be working closely with each other to provide optimum design output using our unique working methodology.

By engaging our service, you will be able to spend more your time on business and sales growth. We will also help to you reduce your operational cost of managing the design resources, as we will cover most of the running cost for you like employee CPF, training cost, hardward, software, stock images, etc.

Q11: In urgent cases, will I be getting support from the team if the work requires the team to work over the weekend or on a public holiday?

Yes, the team will likely be able to support such requests if they are informed beforehand. You may also leave a message to our team using our work communication platform when any urgent task arises. The team will proceed to fulfill your request once they received the message. This will be subject to the team’s availability and the amount of work required.

The dedicated designer might not be available sometimes (on personal or sick leave). However, he/she will be covered by other designer during these period and you will still be able to contact the team or account manager via the work communication platform.
